the Nationwide honey bee removal Company

Swarmcatcher are the UK honey bee colony removal specialists we provide an ethical eco-friendly bee removal and relocation service across the UK.

Hi, great to hear from you and thank you for contacting SwarmCatcher.

To help us assist you further please supply as much detail to the questions below as you can.
Having carried out numerous live honey bee removals we have a pretty good idea about most situations.
For us to assist you best it helps a lot if you supply as much detail as you can, the more info you provide the better we can vision whats happening.
If you don’t know the answers then no problem – just move onto the next question.

High quality photos (so that we can see brickwork & construction detail) are worth a thousand words & usually eliminates the need for an onsite survey/investigation.
Please check that they are not reduced in size when uploading or emailing.

Kind regards, Beverley

More About the Bees

We are trying to establish how long the bees have been present at the property, and whether there may be a history of bees at the property that you are unaware of.

More about the property

More about where the bees are

Photos

The following photos will help us understand the circumstances of your situation better, the photos need to be sufficiently detailed that we can count brick courses and see the jointing:

  • a photo showing the full height of the property including the bee entrance & the access area beneath the entrance
  • a photo from ground up to the bee entry so we can count bricks to assess the height if needed
  • a photo showing the roofing material in detail if relevant
  • a photo showing the bee entrance area in more detail but sized so that we can identify where it is on the building
  • a photo from inside the property looking towards where the bee entry point would be if you could see it, including the ceiling and the floor

Please email photos to admin@swarmcatcher.co.uk.
A lot of email apps automatically reduce the size of a photo when emailing, so we have written a short post on “How to email full sized photos“. If you still have problems sending full sized images after reading this, then please let us know so we can improve the information provided.

What3Words is an amazing app (it could even save your life or someone else’s), it can be easily used on a mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop.
To use it go to What3Words hit the world icon on the bottom right and then the target button, that should get you close to your property.
From that point locate your property and the position of the chimney with the bees in, tap that spot & copy the what3words link.

Our honey bee Specialist is waiting for you
