The following photos will help us understand the circumstances of your situation better, the photos need to be sufficiently detailed that we can see construction details so allowing us to count brick courses, see the pointing, etc:

  • a photo showing the full height of the property including the bee entrance & the access area beneath the entrance
  • a photo showing the bee entrance area in more detail but also allowing us to see where it is on the building
  • a photo from inside the property looking towards where the bee entry point would be if you could see it, including the ceiling and the floor (if possible) along with any other recognisable feature from the outside such as part of a window
